It's was very good experiences The buffet was absolutely outstanding, with an excellent variety of delicious food and beautiful presentation. Great location and very friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms were very clean, but unfortunately the first one had a strong humidity smell. The team handled it immediately and moved us to another room, which was also spotless and much better, although the smell was still slightly noticeable. We also spent the afternoon by the pool, but the pool bar opening time was confusing. We were told it would open at 3 pm, but it only opened at 6 pm, so we ended up leaving. Overall, a very good stay with excellent service, but communication could definitely be improved.
My husband and I have visited Mysk Hotel twice, specifically to dine at Salt & Pepper Restaurant, because of the wonderful service provided by the staff. Both visits were walk-ins, and next time we are planning to stay at the hotel as well. As a hotelier myself, I can confidently say that the leadership demonstrated by Supervisor Rhoan motivates her team exceptionally well. Because of this, my husband and I experienced outstanding service from Rhoan, Paurnima, Rinsana and Jessa. I also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ghafour, and it was wonderful to have the opportunity to speak with him. Having team members who are approachable, professional, and knowledgeable is one of the main reasons why guests like us choose to keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visits so enjoyable.

Excellent stay at Mysk Hotel for 7 nights. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Special thanks to Shaddah( don’t know if spelled her name correctly 😅), the Service Manager at breakfast, for her outstanding hospitality and warm, professional service every morning.
