This review is written mainly thanks to Mr. Abdussamad. We arrived at the hotel at cca 5 AM after finding out that our original hotel sold our room before the latest check in time. We asked Mr. Abdussamad whether there were any rooms available. Thanks to his diligence, we were able to get 2 rooms, which were originally not supposed to be occupied that night, and were cleaned and prepared only after our request to stay (cca 5 AM). Mr. Abdussamad and his colleagues did a great job, he was our main comunicator for booking additional nights at the hotel, since we were very pleased with the service. Thanks to him, our opinion of Muscat remained positive. Would stay again gladly👍
