I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The reception team in particular were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.
We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Nizwa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. We initially had an issue with the AC in our room, but the team handled it very efficiently and quickly arranged another room for us. We really appreciated their prompt response and how smoothly they handled the situation. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options, and we really enjoyed it. The jacuzzi was amazing and very relaxing, while the swimming pool and gym facilities were also excellent and well maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of great facilities, excellent hospitality, and attentive service made our visit truly memorable. We would definitely love to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Nizwa again and highly recommend it to families and anyone visiting Nizwa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️
Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and welcoming. However, some of service was average and did not fully meet expectations. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues during our stay. The bathroom only had hot water running in the taps and the shower, with no cold water so didn’t enjoy cold shower during stay, In addition, the swimming pool water temperature was not properly controlled. After we reported the issue, the staff checked the pool and confirmed that the water temperature was 33°C. This does not align with the standards of a reputed an international hotel brand, particularly during the peak summer season when a temperature controlled swimming pool is an essential guest amenity.
I had a wonderful experience staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Nizwa! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were absolute top-tier. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to our needs. A massive highlight of our stay was the excellent restaurant. The food was super delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, offering a fantastic variety of high-quality options. Special thanks to Mr.Amitab. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the facilities were great, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nizwa. We will definitely be back!
