Amazing and charming place! We tried the catch of the day — Mahi Mahi — for the first time, and it was a real success. Everything is freshly prepared on the spot, so it may take a little time, but you can simply relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and have a drink while waiting.
We had a really great dinner at Golden Lobster in Salalah. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and feels quite luxurious. The presentation of the food is excellent and everything tasted very fresh. The seafood was especially very good and clearly prepared with care. A special thank you to Ibrahim who served us. He was very friendly, professional and took the time to have a nice conversation with us, which made the evening even more enjoyable. That kind of hospitality really makes the experience special. The location itself is also very nice and the whole place has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. It is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the food, the presentation and the overall experience make it worth it. Overall we had a very nice evening here and would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for high quality seafood in Salalah.
We were warmly received by our host, Roman. We ordered the lobster tail with roasted veg and the fish of the day with French fries. We also ordered caipirinhas. The food was delicious — well prepared and of excellent quality. Roman makes a FABULOUS caipirinha. For dessert we shared a slice of honey cake. I have no qualms about recommending this place.
Sometimes in life you wish you could give more than 5 stars! The food, the ambiance, the people, the hospitality, the service, everything! Oh my god, it was so tasty! I wish I could never leave and just eat here every night! It was so beautifully decorated, tasted like it was sent from heaven! There's a Turkish saying: "Ellerine sağlık" meaning bless and health to your hands! To the chef: you are a godsent! To the happy people of Golden Lobster, you all are heros! Thank you so much for such a lovely birthday dinner and for such an amazing food! My recommendation: Starters: Tuna Tartare (Asian Style) Salmon Tartare (Italian Style) Main dish: Lamb Chops and Tuna Steak!!! Honestly, I haven't tasted such tasty food in such a long time!!!
