We had breakfast here. My expectations were maybe too high as I felt the spread could have had better options. In any case the staff were very good and attentive.
I am currently staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing breakfast experience that falls far below what I would expect from a 5-star property. I ordered over-easy eggs and waited nearly 40 minutes for a very simple breakfast order. The wrong eggs were served first, and after being sent back, the replacement still came incorrect, with onions and mushrooms that I did not request. Several waiters also seemed unfamiliar with a basic egg preparation such as “over easy,” which led to repeated confusion and delays. For a 5-star hotel, I would expect significantly better staff training, order accuracy, and overall service efficiency.
