Its an overrated 5 star hotel. Personally I would rate this hotel a 3 star. For a five star hotel I would expect that upon arrival the check in process is smooth. Although we are in a big group and its acceptable. Upon reaching the hotel theres a towel prepared but if the room will be used by 2 the set of towels amd face two less should be 2 as well. Theres no toiletries like toothbrush and other things that you need for your stay like slippers laundry bag etc. you need to request and call housekeeping but the phone isn't working so you need to go to reception to request. There was no prepared room cleaning instruction where you can hang on the door before you leave on how you want to clean your room. They didnt automatically refill the body wash so when we are on our last day I had to use shampoo as a body wash. We stayed 3 days, they should have replenish it up every time the guest check out. We dont have enough time to request for a refill. The breakfast is too basic doesn't serve soup or rice for breakfast. Even sausage isn't tasty. On the good note the pool is good its big. The sea is nice but its nit a swimming beach. The room is big and it has a good bed. So over all I will rate 3.
We enjoyed our one-night stay after a long trip. The most important thing for us was that the room was clean and comfortable. Hussein at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming, and we really appreciated his excellent service. The breakfast was relatively good, but for a five-star hotel, we expected more variety and a wider selection of items. The swimming pool was beautiful, spacious, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel
We really love and enjoy our stay here in the hotel. The services are best! The Sumharam Restaurant staffs are superb! They are kind, friendly, and best people. We love to recommend 100% to our family and friends. We also like and love the housekeeping services, the reception, and all over the facilities and place. The beach and pool is a great too.
We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Mirbat. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the lovely pool along with the jacuzzi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. We stayed in a suite, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. To top it all off, the live music in the evening at bar was the perfect finishing touch, creating a great ambiance and making our experience even more memorable. Overall, Wyndham Mirbat exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Mirbat.
We stayed in the 2-bedroom chalet and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful beach view. The shuttle service between the hotel and the chalet made everything easily accessible. The amenities were excellent, especially the large pool overlooking the beach. Room service was prompt and accommodating, always just a phone call away. Breakfast was included, and the staff were exceptional. During our 5-day stay, they remembered our preferences and consistently provided warm, attentive service. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and definitely worth it.
