Trader Vic’s at InterContinental Muscat is truly one of the best places in Muscat. The restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always ready to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Abdul Latheef, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention to guests. His leadership and dedication make the experience even more memorable. Overall, Trader Vic’s is a wonderful place to enjoy great food, a beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Muscat.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic evening at Trader Vic's at InterContinental Muscat. The ambiance was amazing, with a lively crowd and an excellent live music band that made the evening even more enjoyable. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The cocktails were exceptional, with a generous amount of spirit, great flavour, and very reasonable prices. What really stood out was that each cocktail was served in a unique and creative glass, making the experience even more special. We also ordered a few starters, and they were delicious. Overall, everything was excellent. Just one small suggestion: it would be great if complimentary sides or chakna could be served with the drinks to make the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great cocktails, delicious food, live music, and a wonderful atmosphere in Muscat!
Cocktails are unique and served in tumblers somewhat matching with the drink theme. Enjoyed the rum based drinks. They stopped serving dirty Romeo ( mix of all rums in the bar) which I missed. Little pricy.Bar food was good . Service is good . The live music added to the lively atmosphere. Good place to spend an evening out for cocktails.
Trader Vic’s has long been a personal favourite, and having visited several of their locations over the years, this one certainly lived up to expectations. We sampled a variety of dishes, and each was as impressive as the last, showcasing the quality and consistency the brand is known for. What truly stood out was the service. The staff delivered an exceptional level of hospitality, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. In an era where high-end service is becoming increasingly rare, their dedication was refreshing and memorable. Of course, no visit to Trader Vic’s would be complete without exploring their famous exotic drinks menu. With an extensive selection of creative and refreshing options, there is truly something for everyone. If you find yourself in Muscat, I highly recommend making time for a visit to Trader Vic’s. It is a dining experience well worth enjoying.
Nice establishment next to the intercontinental hotel in Muscat. Nice seafood / fish place with impressive list of cocktails and delicious mocktails. Service very friendly. Very nice terrace and lots of space inside. I was a bit disappointed in the seafood parillada as the tuna was overdone which spoiled the dish, in fairness. For all the rest they deserve 5 stars
