Enjoy personalized attention from a knowledgeable local guide who will ensure that each moment of your adventure is engaging and enlightening Day 1 – Arrival in Muscat Arrive in Oman and enjoy a smooth transfer to your hotel in Muscat for your first overnight stay. Take some time to rest after your journey or enjoy a leisurely walk around the city to get your first taste of Oman’s charm. Day 2 – Muscat City Exploration Spend the day exploring Muscat’s highlights. Visit the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, admire the Royal Opera House, stroll along the scenic Muttrah Corniche, and dive into the colors and aromas of the Muttrah Souk. Overnight stay in Muscat. Day 3 – Coastal Adventure: Bimmah Sinkhole, Wadi Shab & Ras al Jinz Begin with a visit to the spectacular Bimmah Sinkhole and continue to Wadi Shab for a short hike and refreshing swim in its turquoise pools. In the evening, travel to Ras al Jinz for an overnight stay – with a chance to witness sea turtles nesting (seasonal experience). Day 4 – Sur, Wadi Bani Khalid & Wahiba Sands Desert Camp Explore the coastal city of Sur, famous for its dhow-building yards, then cool off with a swim in the beautiful Wadi Bani Khalid. In the afternoon, head into Wahiba Sands for an exciting desert adventure with dune bashing, sunset views, and a night under the stars in a desert camp. Day 5 – Bahla & Misfat al Abriyyin Journey to Bahla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and admire its ancient fort. Continue to Misfat al Abriyyin, a traditional mountain village with stone houses and lush date plantations. Stay overnight in nearby Al Hamra, experiencing local hospitality. Day 6 – Al Hoota Cave, Nizwa & Jabal Akhdar Visit the fascinating Al Hoota Cave with its stunning rock formations, then explore Nizwa’s fort and lively souq. End the day with a drive up to Jabal Akhdar (the Green Mountain) and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay with spectacular mountain views.
