Description

The tour begins in the morning with a pick-up from your accommodation, whether it's in Muscat or Nizwa, as we set off for Jabal Akhdar. Our first stop will be Falaj Al-Khatmayn, located in the town of Birkat Al-Mawz, It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and part of the five ancient aflaj systems recognized for their historical and engineering significance. upon arrival in Jabal Akhdar, we will visit Wadi Bani Habib village, renowned for its ancient architecture and falaj irrigation system. After a relaxing afternoon break and lunch at a local restaurant (optional), we'll continue our journey to explore, Al Aqr, Al Ayn and Al Sharijah villages. Here, traditional mud-brick houses and beautifully terraced gardens await, offering insights into local agriculture and Omani heritage. As evening descends, we'll head to our campsite where a warm campfire, delightful dinner, music, and starlit skies await us. The next morning, after a hearty breakfast, we'll bid farewell to Jabal Akhdar and return you to your accommodation.
