Itinerary Day 1: Arrival - Muscat Arrive in Muscat and meet your driver and guide at the airport. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation: Roxana Hotel Day 2: Muscat – Nizwa After breakfast, drive to Nakhl Fortress, a 350-year-old fort nestled at the foot of the mountains amidst date plantations. Explore its restored rooms, hidden passages, and enjoy panoramic views. Continue to Wadi Bani Awf, a scenic valley known for its dramatic canyons and picturesque villages. Enjoy an off-road drive through the Jebel Shams mountains with breathtaking views. Arrive in Nizwa for overnight stay. Accommodation: Falaj Daris Hotel Day 3: Nizwa – Wahiba Sands Start early with a visit to Nizwa Souq, one of Oman’s largest traditional markets. Browse stalls offering food, pottery, jewelry, and more. If it's Friday, witness the lively cattle market. Next, explore the Nizwa Fortress, a 17th-century architectural marvel with strategic defense features and panoramic views. In the afternoon, drive to Wahiba Sands for a desert adventure. Enjoy dune bashing, sunset views, and a night under the stars with dinner by a campfire. Accommodation: Luxury 369 Oman Desert Camp Day 4: Wahiba Sands – Ras Al Hadd After a relaxing breakfast, travel to Wadi Bani Khalid—one of Oman’s most beautiful wadis. Swim in clear pools, relax in the sun, or enjoy a picnic. Continue to Sur for a short city tour before heading to Ras Al Hadd. In the evening, visit the Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve. Take a guided beach walk to see nesting sea turtles, and possibly baby turtles hatching. Accommodation: Turtle Beach Resort Day 5: Departure via Wadi Shab On your final day, head to Wadi Shab. Hike through the lush canyon, swim in natural pools, and reach a hidden cave with a small waterfall and turquoise waters. In the late afternoon, return to Muscat for your departure.
