I had a generally good stay at the hotel. The location is very good , although the area can be quite crowded at times. One of the main concerns during my stay was a persistent damp/musty smell in the room. I believe this issue needs urgent attention and proper treatment, as it noticeably affected the overall comfort of the stay. There was also quite a lot of noise from other guests, including loud voices and disturbances that continued until late at night. Better sound insulation or closer attention to noise levels would definitely improve the guest experience. On the positive side, the staff were very kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ayyoub at the reception, who was excellent, professional, and extremely cooperative. The two female reception staff were also very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. All the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Ahmed Khalil, the supervisor, who was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, I had a good experience, and I truly appreciate the wonderful service provided by the staff. Addressing the room humidity/smell and noise issues would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.
I went to The Garden Spa for an aromatherapy massage. I had pain in my legs and muscles, and the masseuse was very effective. A particularly excellent service was the foot wash before the massage, and Minnie, who was very impressive, did a great job. The room was also spotlessly clean. I will definitely return!
I really enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Garden Muscat. The hotel was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A very special thanks to Hussain at the reception and Musallam from transportation for their kindness and great support. They helped me a lot when I needed to go to the hospital, and I truly appreciate their care and assistance during that time. Their excellent service made my stay much more comfortable, and I am very grateful for their support. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again.
Stayed 4 nights with kids, hotel is very clean and comfortable, just showing some signs of wear (fabric peeling off chairs, scratched furniture, wall paper - maintenance needed) but otherwise a very good choice for muscat, easy to get around everywhere with our rental car. Pool was unfortunately under renovation. Breakfast is good (mostly the same everyday) but a big spread, typical western and arabic styles, very friendly breakfast staff. Happy with the stay , well priced.
I had a massage at the hotel spa. The spa staff, especially Minnie, were very kind, polite, and friendly. Her gentle hands made me feel so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The massage included a Moroccan shampoo and a great foot scrub, along with orange juice and tea. The room was clean, and the atmosphere, both in the spa and the hotel, was peaceful. It was a wonderful experience.
