We went for dinner by the sea side open air dining area. The staff are attentive and polite. The menu have wide range of selections from meat, chicken and seafood. We ordered grill red seabream, prawns with cheese tagine and tom yum soup. The servings of the tagine and tom yum soup is only for 1 person and the grill fish size and price varies. The lemon mint pitcher is good for up to 4 persons sharing, taste fresh but you need to put more sugars to your taste. During Khareef Season, sitting in the outdoor dining area is great after sunset. It is cold, windy with sea breeze and no flies. The grill fish may need more salt but absolutely taste fresh and cooked perfectly. It was served quicky as well under 30 minutes.
We had a wonderful dining experience! The seafood was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The restaurant's location right in front of the beach offers beautiful ocean and moon views, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The area is very clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The generous portions and reasonable prices made the experience even better. If you're looking for delicious seafood with a beachfront setting, this is definitely a place worth visiting in Mirbat. Highly recommended!
Really nice and fresh seafood, and clean seating place. It was so good we went back for dinner after we had light lunch there. The grilled local shaper fish was one of the best I had, and both their red soup and creamy soup were super delicious!! Highly recommend the place 5/5
Recommmend getting away from your resort and having lunch here. Simple but lovely terrace serving fresh seafood. I had whole grilled red snapper (6 omr) and rice- enough for 2 people but I ate the whole fish it was so delicious.
I cannot recommend this place enough. We’ve been travelling in Oman for 2 weeks, and this is by far the best restaurant we have been to. The service is impeccable, with an extremely caring staff and attention to details. The food is delicious, amazing flavors and fresh fish (you can choose the catch of the day before grilling it, too). To top it all up you’re literally eating on the beach! And at an incredibly fair price, we are a lot and only spent 5 OMR each. We recommend trying the Thai soup with shrimps and the coconut fish dish.
