Disappointing experience and not worth the price The staff and guest service were good, but unfortunately, the overall stay was disappointing. The hotel feels quite old, and our room, located next to what seemed like an office area, did not feel like a proper hotel apartment. We booked a city-view room, but the view was actually a dusty barren area with parked cars. Definitely not what we expected for the price we paid. Please think twice before booking, especially if you’re expecting a modern hotel or good value for money.
We just stayed at this hotel last week for a Salah tour from Dubai. The service is very good. The food is also good, but it may be a bit bland for Indians or those who prefer a spicy food, as if you are on a group tour they may not be able to add as much spice for other nationalities. The rest of the staff is very helpful, especially the service in the dining area.
We came for the Iftar buffet. Everything was great. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Special thanks to Mohammed Jamal who politely served us tea and the staff at the cashier, perhaps the manager who requested the chef to cook fresh zingers and fries for us. Thank you all.😊😊😊
