Non fussy vegetarian South and North Indian cuisine. We ordered dosas which were very nicely done and a North Indian curry which was also very tasty. Quick service and very good value for money Value,
One of the trusted restaurant in Salalah. I can recommend with full confidence. The service also nice.
They serve really fast especially during the breakfast. You can get a set menu, which is only two riyal. The place is very big inside. There is very few parking spaces during the breakfast time. This is a pure Indian restaurant. The food was clean and I had no food poisoning. This means that they strictly follow hygiene. As usual, they accept cards and cash. The menu is also quite impressive.
We visited Annapurna twice during Eid Holidays , and both times the food was very good. It is a pure vegetarian restaurant with tasty South Indian food. On Monday, they served free rasam and pakoda at the beginning, which was a nice surprise. The parotta was excellent — honestly one of the best we have ever had. It went very well with the veg kurma. We also tried the onion rava dosa, which was nice and served faster than in many other restaurants. On the second visit, it was the fasting day for Eid Al Adha, and we went there to open our fast. We had mini tiffin, gobi manchurian, sweet corn soup, and fresh juices. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfect for breaking the fast. A special mention to Mr. Biju, who was very polite and kind. He made us feel welcome and served the food quickly even when the restaurant was busy. Service was fast, staff were friendly, and prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality. If you like pure vegetarian South Indian food, I definitely recommend Annapurna.
Absolutely delicious food, full of flavor and clearly high quality. One of the best Indian meals I’ve had. Highly recommend.
