Terrible customer service. Uncooperative staff. Better not look at how they cut and prepare the fish. Only floor seating with the AC dripping. I will prefer to find another place next time.
This was my first time dining at Samakani, and the staff were friendly and nice. I ordered oysters as listed on the menu; however, mussels were served instead. I’m not sure if this was a misunderstanding, but little more accuracy and transparency in the menu would be nice. The mussels were okay, though they seemed a little overcooked. The texture was quite rubbery to chew or bite into. However, the sauce they served on the side went well with the cheese and mussel. Overall, I’d still be open to trying other items on the menu, aside from the mussels that were labelled as oysters.
Nice fish Restaurant with quick and good service and fair prices. The waiter explained the dishes very well. You sit traditionally on the floor. Many locals come to this place. I recommend this place.
