Dukboki is the first Korean restaurant in Nizwa and you will have s chance to dive in a very interesting setting with some nice Asian food, though the service has to improve considerably. We went for dinner one night. As you enter, you are just captivated by the number of toys and dolls on the walls, all taken from animes. The setting is definitely unique for both kids and adults. We ordered a beef dish along with sweet and sour chicken with rice. Here is where the restaurant seriously lacks. The quality of the food was decent but the service, definitely not. One order of beef came along with the rice which had to accompany chicken. But the chicken itself came 25 minutes later, the rice had gone cold and one of us had to start with the beef while the other person was waiting for her dish to arrive. This created a rather uneasy experience as we were looking forward to having our meals together. Overall, do not expect fast service and if you go in a group, expect some people to be served and other to wait considerably for their meals.
