It’s hard to say. It’s one of the few places where they serve alcohol. So… I like it… :) The service depends on the day. Generally, the staff are very friendly. Special occasions seem to be a bit stressful for them. During the 2026 Football World Cup, the atmosphere was strangely unpleasant. There were lots of unhappy guests. I also barely managed to get a seat after a bit of a row with the staff. We went in as you would into any bar, and then five people came running after us, saying we had to leave because everything was booked. We managed to get in, but in the end we watched the quarter-final on the patio, which was 85 per cent empty. So I don’t know what the point of it all was. 🤣 However, I recommend

Had a great experience at Countdown Sports Lounge. The team was very accommodating, especially since we had a baby with us, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free. The service was excellent throughout the evening, and the food was delicious with plenty of good options to choose from. What really stood out was the football atmosphere, friendly crowd, and overall sports vibe made it a fantastic place to watch the important game. A great spot for families and football fans alike. We'll definitely be back!
I stopped by Countdown yesterday for pre-drinks while waiting for Zale to open, and I must say it’s a fantastic spot. The service team was attentive throughout, and I mentioned I’d be heading over to Zale afterward. Unfortunately, I realized about two hours later that I had left my wallet behind. When I returned to check, I was genuinely surprised (and relieved) to find it exactly where I had left it—completely untouched. That’s something quite rare from where I come from. The experience across both venues was outstanding, from the atmosphere to the service.Mahmood and the entire team—thank you. I’ll definitely be back. and the entire team, thank you.
