Excellent stay!!! Excellent location!!! Excellent staff!!! We came here as a group of 14. We booked 3 apartments which were 2 bedroom each. Had a great trip. Special appreciation for the front office manager Anwar and the team Jasir and shiam. It is great to have such hard working people here.
Gateway Salalah Hotel Apartments is one of the best places to stay in Salalah. The apartments are spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and perfect for families as well as couples. Its prime location next to Salalah Gardens Mall and close to the airport makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff are warm, professional, and always ready to help, making every guest feel truly welcome. Gateway Salalah is a really nice place to stay in because of the location, the really nice staff and welcoming but also really helpful. The room was nice and fully furnished and they will make sure to help when you have a problem and also assist with anything. I recommend !
My stay at Salalah Gateway Hotel Apartment was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and many of Salalah’s main attractions. The rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering the size of the apartment and the quality of the service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Salalah Gateway Hotel Apartment to anyone visiting Salalah, whether for a family holiday or a business trip.
We stayed here for 2 days last week as we will be catching our flight from salalah airport to sg. We were with 2 kids so the spacious room and living room with kitchen was a big help. Breakfast is really nice and worth the money. The reception Yassir was very helpful too, easy to deal with and made our stay and experience with the apartment very smooth and convenient. He even helped us arranged our transportation to the airport Thank you to all the staff member
