I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special thank you to Yaseen at the reception. He was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. He made sure everything was going well throughout my stay and genuinely cared about making my experience comfortable. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. The overall service was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I only have a couple of small suggestions for improvement: * The shampoo dispenser in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. * The shampoo itself felt quite basic and left my hair feeling very dry after use. * The coffee shop has potential, but I think it could be more vibrant. It would be great to partner with a local coffee brand and offer a wider selection of delicious pastries and desserts to create a more inviting atmosphere. Overall, thank you for the great service and warm hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again in the future.
Stayed in a two bed villa during Eid holidays. This property for sure is not a five star facility. The best this could be a 3 star. Rooms felt old and no exhaust working in the toilets. AC was not working in the restaurant serving breakfast. Breakfast options were very limited and if you are travelling with kids then better carry something for them. Location of the property was good. Don’t go with lots of expectation.
Our stay at this property was, unfortunately, a disappointment. While the hotel is officially rated 5 stars, the level of service and overall comfort felt more like a 4-star experience when compared to competitors. Key Issues: Room Noise: Our room was located right next to an external AC pipe that buzzed loudly throughout the night, significantly impacting our sleep quality. Dining & Service: The buffet selection was average and lacked variety. The restaurant appeared understaffed; dirty dishes remained on tables for extended periods, clean cutlery was often unavailable, and there were long queues for drinks. Beach Shuttle: A shuttle service that runs only once per hour in the morning is insufficient. We saw many guests who couldn't fit into the bus and were forced to find their own alternative transport. Spa Facilities: When I attempted to use the sauna, there was no staff present at the reception, and the sauna itself was not functioning properly. The Positives: On a positive note, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The gym is excellent, and the hotel's location near the mall is very convenient. Additionally, the Beach Club is quite pleasant and provides good food. Conclusion: Given the current gaps in service and logistics, the hotel does not currently live up to its 5-star rating.
We had a wonderful experience at the resort, and a special mention goes to the waiter Oneth He was extremely professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. His kindness and positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. He took great care of us and made us feel truly welcome. Excellent service thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. The rooms themselves are quite large, but they feel very under-furnished. Because of the lack of furniture and carpets, there is a very unpleasant echo, making the space feel cold and noisy rather than cozy. It’s a good place if you prioritize cleanliness and service, but the room acoustics definitely need some attention to make it a more comfortable environment.
