Everything perfect. Especially the staff was incredible! Housekeeping, laundry, kitchen. All super nice and friendly. They should get salary raise.
I’ve stayed in The Plaza hotel & Resort for 8 nights. I tried my best to like the place, but I left not wanting to return. The first two floors smelled like garlic and chicken, it was unbearable. I changed the room several times, the fourth floor didn’t smell, so I took it. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It was ok in terms of facilities, but housekeeping rarely replaced towels and robes. We had to call reception daily for coffee and towels. The place is not that clean, and the kitchen was not equipped enough. The worst part is that at times, we called reception to discover that the receptionist doesn’t speak Arabic or English! It takes a lot of time to request something as simple as a sewing kit. It feels for like a three-star hotel honestly.
Today I had the pleasure of experiencing the buffet at Plaza Hotel, and it was truly exceptional. The ambience was refined and welcoming, the menu selection was diverse and thoughtfully curated, and every dish reflected remarkable quality and taste. The service standards were outstanding. The entire team was courteous, attentive, and highly professional. A special note of sincere appreciation to Mr. Zakaria, F&B Manager, for his excellent supervision and for ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was handled seamlessly. Thank you, Zakaria Hussain, for your leadership, coordination, and warm hospitality. Everything was perfectly managed. I was so immersed in enjoying the experience that I couldn’t create content this time, but I genuinely cherished each and every moment. I look forward to revisiting soon. Next time, I will be delighted to share detailed buffet highlights and my complete experience with everyone. Thank you once again for such a memorable and well-organized experience.
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. I will go back again when I visit Salalah. highly recommended hotel!
Excellent location and perfect sized spacious rooms, when I book the Executive suites. Access to many restaurants on the premises, padel courts and swimming pools including a kids soft play area. Breakfast was amazing.
