Basha our server was fantastic, friendly and very sweet. The food was delicious and portion wise excellent. And she wrote a very lovely note on our recipe - "Thank you so much! Have a great day! Take care." Such a lovely person. I also would like to commend Syra who assisted with our service. Basha and Syra such lovely and sweet people. I highly recommend this shop. Come and enjoy the great service and food.
In my attempt to avoid criticism, I’d like to point out that most of the menu photos, while orderin, didn’t match the actual dishes served. This is false advertising. For instance, the Fish and Chips was not made with a traditional Fish and Chips batter but instead with breadcrumbs, as seen in the attached photo. The serving was also quite poor. Similarly, their short ribs, priced high, were disappointing. They were just ribs and large bones, and the servings were inadequate. The only positive aspect was the recovery from the manager and staff after these false advertisements from the menu to the actual dish served. They wanted to appease us, but unfortunately, if you truly understand what Fish and Chips is, you won’t try what they served. It was a breaded fish fillet instead of a Fish and Chips. So, we eventually canceled it. On the bright side, we loved the pancakes from IHOP. Who can go wrong with pancakes? I also want to point out how the lady server asked us, especially when our dish was questioned, if we were our first time here. So what if we were our first time? You’re serving an unsatisfactory dish, and we have the right to question it, especially since it’s our first time. Your questioning is not only wrong but also insulting. First time or not, it doesn’t change whether your customers like or dislike your food. You need to be more careful with your questioning. Verdict: We tried it for the first time, and it was so-so. But definitely not coming back. Value-wise, it was expensive, but the poorly served food didn’t match the price. Recommendation: At your own risk! Stars: I gave it 2 stars for the effort.🌟🌟
Great atmosphere and as always, very tasty food. Service of our server name Basha was excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. Will surely be back soon.
As a regular customer at Apple bee's, I always enjoy ordering cowboy burger it's so good. The staff are nice and friendly 🩷 Atmosphere is ok but music was a bit loud .
It was so amazing! We are so satisfied from the customer service down to the food until farewell. Thank you Ms. Princess our server, she was so attentive and friendly. Thank you Ms.Queenie for the kindness and well service. And above all thank you Ms.Venus, she really know how to entertain guests and handle personal requests. They are all so professional and amazing people. Thank you so much for the whole warm welcome to us. Celebrating Christmas eve felt special here at applebees muscat city center. We’ll surely come back again.
