We had a wonderful experience at The Butcher House. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the overall atmosphere made the visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Anesa, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. Her warm approach and excellent service really made us feel welcome. We would also like to compliment Chef Noor for the amazing food and for being so friendly and accommodating. You can really see the care and attention that goes into the dishes. Excellent food, great service, and a very welcoming team. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful one week stay at Mövenpick Hotel in Muscat and truly loved our experience. The hotel is exceptionally well located, the property is clean, beautiful and very well maintained. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive and caring, especially with the children. Always asking them how was the day, phasing conversation with them special mention from Visay and hafaz. They were always there to help with a smile and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The only little thing we felt was missing was a small dedicated space for children, such as a reading or games corner, which would make the experience even better for families. We stayed for a full week and honestly did not want to leave. We will definitely come back without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism and passion for what you do. The attention you give to your guests truly makes a difference. Bravo to everyone and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to everyone ❤️🌴✨
UNFORGETTABLE! Firas made our stay so amazing with his kindness and service! He was always around and had a solution for everything. Honestly, he is the best team member I have met in a long time traveling with Accor across the world! He deserves the best! Thank you so much again, you are a LEGEND mate, and wishing the best! We also didn't forget Ramy, the manager, who worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect for us! You are simply the best hotel I have stayed at in Oman! By far, I recommend it 100%. The rooms, the hotel, everything is so luxurious, brand new, and really well maintained.

Wonderful experience. We stay in the Executive Junior Suite! Incredibly clean and spacious. We had access to executive lounge which I highly recommend. It was quiet, relaxing and a serene space for an afternoon tea and dinner. The chef and hostess in the lounge were lovely. Very grateful to Vijay Prakash for being super helpful and informative. Impeccable service from impressionable people. The hotel is beautiful but the staff made our stay and departure that much more special.
