Excellent value against the price, but still need more enhancement in fridge, a/c, internet connectivity and definitely needs a new towels. Please consider adding a kettle and some tea and coffee bags inside the room.
Rooms like very older .i think the room provide like sharing rooms,kichen and one bathroom for both bedroom😚.but it's space very conjucted
It used to be our favorite hotel in Nizwa since 2018. However services ha been constantly deteriorating since 2022 and it has reached on a poor level. I wanted my little to stay once in this hotel for to recreate a memory as her other soblings had sateyd many times in this hotel since back in the days untill 2021 when they had buffet and and swimming pool Late checked in the hotel this Eid ( and had a horrible experience. Stinking bathroom untill we checked out. No chair and to sit if I wanted to work on a system . Not even a towel. They provided the towel and chair in the night but the TV was not working and the lady said all the workers are off duty , she is alone. While the lady ( Pheliphino) was nice and puts a brave face, the action even from her was very little. Same old prices. No buffet now, no swimming pool anymore. Manual locks and numbers of rooms increased a lot. What decreased is experience and services. Have multiple better options in Nizwa for stay. It was likely the last stay in Safari.
A good experience. Their toothbrush was cute. Housekeeping service is good. Receptionists are professional. Sunrise view was better than at Jebel Hatt.
I don't understand the bad reviews: the rooms are equipped with TVs and everything you need, and very clean, as are the common areas. The location is perfect, close to main roads and less than 10 minutes from the souk and fort, with numerous restaurants including the fantastic Pakistani restaurant in the industrial area, and the Lulu Market next door. In short, perfect.
