We went to this restaurant yesterday 17/07/2026, food was great . And very clean .highly recommended.
By far the best place we ate during our two week trip in Oman. From the moment we arrived to the very end, this was a truly memorable experience. We felt more like guests welcomed into someone’s home. The hospitality was wonderful. We highly recommend the chicken karahi and curry (spicy versions), along with the roti, and the halwa for anyone with a sweet tooth, even though it’s traditionally a breakfast dish. Everything was full of flavor and made with care. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this restaurant.
Good and authentic experience. We were there for lunch and also took a salad for take away. Would have been 5 stars, however the owner charged us more than we had (2 meals and 1 salad for take away) for 7.8 rial. According to the menu card - which was only in arabic but can be translated via google, we would have paid at least 2 rials less. Even though not much, such experiences are bad. Luckily, it happend only once in the whole Oman.
I am a tourist from Poland dining here for dinner. The food was delicious, every dish is traditional, fresh and full of flavour. I really appreciated the service and nice atmosphere. We ordered Chicken Curry, Lamb Masala and Beef Curry with Naan bread and Paratha. Really recommend this set :)
Fantastic dinner, the owner was very friendly, the food amazing, very rural atmosphere. We recommend it! Only one suggestion: fix the sink.
