  • The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is open for visitors from Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM only, and is closed on Fridays. Visitors must follow the mosque dress code: Women must wear long sleeves, long trousers or skirts, and cover their hair with a scarf. Men should wear long trousers and avoid sleeveless shirts. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. The tour involves moderate walking at forts, museums, and souqs. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat during warmer months. The itinerary may be adjusted depending on traffic and weather conditions. Some photo stops are subject to government restrictions or official events.
