Description
Start your journey from Muscat heading to Oman’s historic city of Nizwa. Visit the vibrant Nizwa Souq and the adjacent Nizwa Fort offering panoramic views over the town and mountains. Continue to Wahiba Sands to enjoy an overnight desert camp stay, including an optional 4x4 dune drive and desert sunset.
On day two, visit Wadi Bani Khalid with its clear water pools ideal for swimming. Proceed to Sur for a city tour and a visit to the traditional dhow boat factory. Reach Ras Al Hadd to stay overnight and join a guided night walk at Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve for a chance to see nesting turtles.
The final day features a hike through Wadi Shab’s canyon to swim in natural pools and a crevice cave with a waterfall. Stop at Fins Beach, known for its white sand and turquoise waters. Conclude your tour at Bimmah Sinkhole, a limestone crater filled with clear turquoise water near the coast, before returning to Muscat.
