Description
Start your day with a hotel, airport, or city pickup in Muscat. Travel north to the Sharqiyah Governorate to visit Wadi Bani Khalid, known for its natural pools, clear water, and palm trees. You will have free time to explore, relax, or swim in the water pools.
After visiting the wadi, continue to Wahiba Sands, a desert with rolling sand dunes. Here you will visit a local camel area where you can observe and feed camels. Optional activities like a short camel ride and quad biking are available on site for an additional fee.
Next, enjoy a 4WD desert drive across and over sand dunes with photo stops to capture the landscape. In the late afternoon, pause at a vantage point to watch the sunset from the dunes.
In the evening, visit a traditional Bedouin desert camp for a local dinner and experience Bedouin hospitality before returning to Muscat.
