The Wave

The Wave Muscat: Surpassing expectations of the lifestyle connoisseur

There are many reasons why Oman is considered one of the most attractive places to invest and live in the Arab world, and quality is at the top of the list. The country offers the most beautiful and diverse natural landscapes in the region, only outdone by the genuine warmth and welcoming nature of the Omani nationals.

With well-defined foreign ownership laws, ongoing modernization and sustainable infrastructure development, homeowners and investors can rest assured they’ve put their money in a safe and sound emerging property market.

Leading the pack of Integrated Tourism Community (ITC) developments in Oman is The Wave, Muscat (TWM). By pairing resort living and a refined lifestyle with aesthetics that reflect elements of Oman’s rich cultural heritage, the development represents a first-of-its-kind, international lifestyle community in the Sultanate.

Celebrating an incredible milestone, the first half of Madinat Majan (Sector 1 & 2) has now been completed. In line with Oman’s Vision 2020, Madinat Majan refreshingly incorporates Oman’s natural environment, showcasing the developer’s commitment to preserving the area’s natural beauty. Its completion marked the beginning of a glorious new way of life for many Omani nationals and expatriates living in Oman. Not surprisingly, the area now boasts a remarkable occupancy rate of 70%.

From just a serene stretch of uninhabited coastline just a few years ago to a now thriving community, The Wave has emerged as a phenomenal success, creating a benchmark par excellence with which others will find it hard to compete.
