Had a wonderful experience at Ezenza Restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I liked the place, but the food honestly could be better. The decor and ambiance are honestly quite perfect. I definitely highly recommend this for those outings where you want to have a private evening with someone. Furniture is well cushioned and comfortable as well. The staff? Nothing short of wonderful! Our waitress was incredible. Her name escapes me at the moment, but she really did make our dine-in experience special. The food? Honestly, slightly disappointing. Because it's priced somewhat decently, I can't completely bash it, but our pizza for example was a MAJOR let down! I get that we "chose" it, and that's probably how it's prepared, but it was such a disaster of not just a pizza, but food! The lasagne was decent, but needed salt and pepper. And we get that some places avoid over salting their food, but the lasagne definitely needed it. Our starters was delicious, so that's definitely worth noting. Probably THE best calamari I've ever had in my life! Hands down! Would I go here again? For sure! There's a lot more to try on the menu, I loved the actual place itself, and the staff is wonderful. A rare occasion of giving a place a second chance.
Celebrated my friend’s birthday at Essenza in Mandarin Hotel, and it was such a great experience! The ambiance is absolutely beautiful..perfect for special occasions and really sets the mood. The food was amazing, I genuinely loved everything we ordered. Each dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the quality and attention to detail. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience. Definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend for celebrations or even just a nice night out!

From the moment we arrived, the hostess warmly welcomed us and even identified us without us having to introduce ourselves, a truly impressive and thoughtful touch. Our waiter, Talia, provided excellent service with a warm and friendly personality that made the evening even more enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience overall, and thank you for making our anniversary feel so special. We had a lovely evening and truly appreciated the service.
