By the poolside of Grand Hyatt Muscat, serving light snacks and meals, refreshing coolers and hot beverages throughout long, lazy days in the sun, is Marjan. This venue transforms magically at night into an enchanting Southeast Asian restaurant. Guests can choose to sit along the edge of the pool or on a romantic pool island, where they can revel in the tranquility of the evening, and enjoy the cool breeze drifting in from the sea, as well as true Asian hospitality.

Pool Service: 10:00 am to 7:00pm

Dinner: 7:00 pm to 10:30pm
