I visited Urbano during Eid, and it turned out to be a great choice since it wasn’t too crowded. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I ordered the burger and the lentil soup, and both exceeded my expectations. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, while the lentil soup was rich, warm, and incredibly comforting. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything arrived fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. Highly recommended!
Urbano Bistro is a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was excellent, and the restaurant has a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. What impressed me the most was the staff—they were professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive throughout our visit. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I would definitely recommend Urbano Bistro and will be happy to visit again.
Our experience at the restaurant was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with smiles by the staff. Mr. Hardy assisted us in choosing the best table and seating arrangement for our family of four and also recommended a great food package suitable for the whole family. Together with Mr. Peter, they both took very good care of us from start to finish, ensuring that we were comfortable and well attended throughout our dining experience. Their professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, I would gladly give this restaurant a 5-star rating, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and colleagues.
The restaurant itself has been one of my favorites but haven’t tried iftaar before. This Ramadan experience made a difference! Starting from the food, the service and atmosphere. Nafeesa is the best staff in Mall of Oman branch. She’s lovely and sweet and made our experience so much fun!
First time dining at Urbano Bistro and I must say, the food is absolutely delectable and the service is amazing! There was no wait time, and it’s definitely great value for money. The Chicken Caesar salad tasted authentic, and I especially loved the short rib lasagna and truffle fries — the lasagna is definitely a must-try! We also tried their new steak burger - it was good, but just not quite to my personal liking. The drinks were really interesting too. Overall, we loved everything we had and will definitely be back!
