Bandar Jissah

Located 25 km from Muscat, this beach is a rocky lagoon. The blue waters hitting the golden coast captivate the eyes. The rocky hills along the coast allure the visitors. This is the best place to catch a fisherman’s boat which is commonly known as sea-taxi. They will charge you approximately OMR 2 and take for a thrilling ride into the sea. If you want they will drop you to a much solitary beaches and will pick you up after a specified time. The boat also takes you through the arch shaped rock which makes the ride more exhilarating. With startling marine life, you have a chance to gear up and head for scuba diving and snorkeling.
