Our business is to provide a unique and unforgettable experience in Jebel Akhdar- Al Shuraijah village. The Soprano experience in Jebel Akhdar- Al Shuraijah village combines two parts: 👇🏻 1. Tour in the village: During the tour, visitors will learn about the history and heritage of the village, including insights into the lives of previous generations. This may include information about traditional home construction, farming practices, and the diverse variety of plants found in the area. The duration of the village tour is approximately 2 hours. 2. Authentic Italian Pizza: Soprano offers a unique outdoor dining experience where visitors can taste original Italian pizza. The dough is fermented for 48-72 hours and baked at high temperatures in a specially designed oven, resulting in a crispy crust with airy bubbles. The pizzas are accompanied by homemade tomato sauce and authentic cheese imported directly from Italy. Guests will have the opportunity to try 7 different types of pizza, including four vegetarian options. Additionally, a fresh appetizer and seasonal fruits (depends on availability) from Jebel Akhdar are provided. The experience concludes with the serving of fresh juice ( in winter hot traditional drink ) and authentic Tiramisu.
